Timeline for returns:
You will be eligible for a refund only if the product arrives back to us within 45 days from the day the order was originally delivered. If the return arrives after 45 days of the day the order was originally delivered, it will be refused.
Return Eligibility Requirements:
Almost all items are eligible for a return, please see below for exceptions & rules:
- Items described as “Final Sale” or “Yardsale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached, and all footwear returns must be sent back in their original packaging and without shipping labels affixed to them.
- Lingerie, Shapewear, Cosmetics, Fragrances, Toiletries in which the protective wrapping has been removed by the customer are all not returnable.
- Swimwear is returnable, however it must include the original liner and show no signs of wear. Please be certain to try on all swimwear with undergarments and keep the liner in place.
- Any worn, soiled, altered, washed, or customer-damaged items cannot be returned and will be shipped back to you at your cost and no refund issued.
- If you cannot be reached with your provided contact information within 30 days from when you initially received the item in question to purchase a ship charge to ship the un-returnable item back to you, the item will be donated to charity and no refund will be issued.
What can be returned:
Any items not outlined in the “Return Eligibility Requirements” section above are eligible for refund if returned to us withing 45 business days.
Return for an exchange:
We cannot provide exchanges or holds due to limited inventory. If an exchange is needed we encourage the customer to place a new order for the item(s) needed and return the other item(s).
Returns Process:
Just follow the steps below for an easy return!
- Contact our Customer Service by submitting a ticket to us.
- Customer Service will issue you an RA# (Return Authorization) after you contact us via ticket or e-mail.
- Write your RA# on the outside of the package you are returning (your package will be returned back to you if this is not done) and include a copy of your receipt inside.
- Ship your package back to the address received in response to your ticket.
* Please ship with tracking; we are not responsible for packages lost by shipping carriers. - You will be issued a refund of your payment to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of us receiving your return.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If using a label provided through our return portal, the customer agrees to have the cost of the shipping withheld from their refund.
Please ensure your items are securely packaged! We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return to our warehouse!
Returns are processed within 3 days of receipt and you will be e-mailed when we process your return!
Returns that do not meet our eligibility requirements will be sent back at your own expense. We will make every effort to contact you about ineligible returns and during this time we will hold ineligible item(s) for 30 days. After 30 days, the item(s) will be donated to charity.
